Washington DC waited with bated breath to see if the warm weather was but a fluke (no pun intended for those following the birth control debates... since Sandra Fluke studies in DC haha). But alas, the mild winter has turned into an early spring in the nation's capital! We've had a beautiful month! Here's some shots from my phone around the city.
