Becca and my dad finished their first half marathon last Saturday at the Country Music Marathon in Nashville, TN! I couldn't be there to cheer them on but I checked Twitter and Facebook to stay up to the minute on race updates!
They are so hardcore, and I'm so proud!!

Thanks, Cate! Wish you and Derek could have run it with us. Can you tell what my headband says? It worked great at keeping the sweat out of my face. When I crossed the finish line (which Becca did such a great job of capturing with her camera), I don't think I have ever experienced such total elation. I was exhausted, but loving life!
